In a brilliantly clever five-day initiative Google have set up a pop-up restaurant in New York City.  Small World is manned by 18 multi-national chefs all cooking in their own unique styles.

Designed to showcase the Google’s translation functionality, restaurant guests are required to order their food using Google Translate!

Producer Kate Oppenheim is quoted as saying: “Everyone Speaks Food is an idea that celebrates the connections that we build over a meal and the richness of food cultures around in the world. We were inspired by the way that Google Translate creates functional and personal connects between people everywhere,”

The event was captured by director Josh Nussbaum’s vibrant short #EveryoneSpeaksFood.  Huge credit to Google and production company company M ss ng P eces
