We will use mini-groups, depth interviews even ethnographic observation – whatever it takes to put consumer behaviour into context and draw out the deep understanding of what consumers really do, really think and really mean – that leads to actionable understanding.
After all – understanding is nothing if it doesn’t lead to action.
