I spotted this link during a random search for and address on Google maps. It was embedded in a paid for Google Ad Words advertisement. Entitled: "Aston Martin 0/10" and following on with the description "Find our why I wont be buying another one" … I for one found it irresistible.
The blog you reach is clearly written Aston owner who has been driven to distraction by the service he has received from one of our finest brands – and has decide to use social media to "stick it to the big guy". Scary stuff for all the brand owners out there that think social media is a great tool and can only be used to work in their favour. A classic example of a consumer issue that needs to be dealt with quickly and effectively if it is to be turned to the brand's advantage. And maybe a lesson to service departments everywhere … not to piss of customes who have Mac skills?
I hope they do take the initiative and sort it out. After all, I still aspire to owning and Aston one day!
