We've just finished a week of intensive focus-groups and in-home / store safaris with expectant and recent mums – all conducted in Charlotte and the small towns dotted around this beautiful corner of North Carolina.
Great interactions, with lovely, hospitable people – that produced lots and lots of thought-provoking insights – and given the team a deep, empathetic understanding of what makes soon-to-be and recent mums tick.
